This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submission and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner in connection with Chandanpur P.S. Case No.37 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.463 of 2020 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Puri, he shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further condition that he will not indulge himself in commission of similar type of offences. The petitioner is hereby directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 12.04.2022 in between 10 am to 2 pm and such other date/s as and when required for the purpose so as to cooperate with the investigation.
