Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 2049 of 2022, arising out of Badagada P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-420/465/468/471 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account that the petitioner is a lady and release of the co-accused by this Court in order dtd. 19.05.2022 in ABLAPL No. 4280 of 2022, this Court directs that on

surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
