This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 05.05.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.10390 of 2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the order was passed at the stage of admission. Further relying upon the observation of this Court in Paragraph-6, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that liberty was granted to the Opposite Parties to seek variation or modification of the order in the event it is found that the Petitioner has suppressed any material information at the time of passing of the order. However, learned counsel for the Petitioner has failed to point out any suppression of materials. Moreover, since by passing the impugned order the principle of natural justice has not been violated.

Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties assures this Court that they will follow the procedure so far as the present Petitioner is concerned.
