Upon hearing learned counsel for the Appellants and on going through the averments taken in the application, it is directed that the certified copy of the judgment and decree passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Bhanjanagar, Ganjam in RFA No.12 of 2009 and the certified copy of the judgment and decree passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Bhanjanagar in CS No.59 of 2004 be returned to the learned counsel for the Appellants under proper acknowledgement on substitution of the attested true copies of the said documents.
