Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 219 of 2022, arising out of Joda P.S. Case No. 65 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Barbil, for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections147/148/149/186/294/323/341/353/332/506/153-A/120-B/295-A / 307 of the I.P.C., read with Section- 4 of PDPP Act and Section-7 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Taking into account, release of the co-accused similarly circumstanced with the present petitioner by order dtd. 20.05.2022 in ABLAPL Nos. 4523, 4524, 4549 & 4561 of 2022, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
