1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner points out that there has been a subsequent development inasmuch as the divorce between the parties has been affirmed by the Supreme Court of India. It will be open to the Petitioner to point this fact to the trial Court at the appropriate stage. Liberty is also granted to the Petitioner to urge all the contentions raised in the present petition before the trial Court at the appropriate stage.

2. With the above observations, the CRLMC is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier is hereby vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
