This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"The petitioner, therefore, prays that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to admit this writ petition, issue notice to the opposite parties by considering the facts and grounds stated above may allow this writ petition directing the opposite party No.2 & 5-Collector-cum-Revenue Authority, Angul and Sub-Registrar, Kishorenagar to allow the Sale Deed present by the petitioner in respect of Khata No. 36/4, Bhogara Chaka, Kisam-Taila-1 (Two plots), measuring an area Ac.2.3300 dec. of Mouza-Mankadachua, SRO/Tahasil-Kishorenagar, Tahasil No.222, P.S.

Handapa, P.S. No.17, Dist.-Angul to meet the urgent need of money for medical expenses in the interest of justice.

And may pass such other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court deem just and proper as circumstances justify in favour of the petitioner; And for this act of kindness, the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. In support of his
