Heard Mr. S. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. K.K. Gaya, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

It is stated by Sri Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner that the copy of the writ petition has already been served on learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner was one of the applicants for engagement as Anganwadi Worker of Raikalia Anganwadi Centre in Jadida

Gram Panchayat under the administrative control of the C.D.P.O., Kaptipada-Opposite Party No.3.

Being aggrieved by the process of selection of Anganwadi Worker of such centre, the present writ petition has been filed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, ventilating her grievance, she has preferred representation to the C.D.P.O., Kaptipada- Opposite Party No.3 on 25.11.2021. Which is evident from the endorsement of the CDPO, Kaptipada on the face of the said representation, which is annexed as Annexure-4 to the writ petition.

Taking into account the limited nature of the grievance, this Court directs the C.D.P.O., Kaptipada- Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the certified copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. 9.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
