2. Heard leaned counsel for the Petitioner.

3. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the Forest Range Officer, Central Range, Bhijipt, Bhanjanagar, Opposite Party No.2, to release the vehicle bearing registration number OD-02-S-0083 involving in a forest offence.

4. During the course of the hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the Forest Range Officer, Central Range, Bhijipt, Bhanjanagar, Opposite Party No.2, to dispose of OR Case No.139 CL of 2020-21 of Central Range within a stipulated period.

Considering the limited grievance of the Petitioner, this Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the Forest Range Officer, Central Range, Bhijipt, Bhanjanagar,, Opposite Party No.2, to dispose of OR Case No.139 CL of 2020-21 of Central Range within four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
