This writ petition involves the following prayer:- "The petitioners, therefore, prays that your Lordships would be graciously pleased to admit this Writ Petition, call for the records and after hearing the parties allow the same, issue writ/ writs in the nature of certiorari/ mandamus and / or any other further - writ/ directions to the Opp.party No.2, the Collector, Puri for complete the road construction work from Dolabedi to Prafulla Nayak house within a stipulated period, which is fixed by this Hon'ble court."

Considering the grievance of the Petitioner in the matter of no action for construction of a road from Dolabedi to Prafulla Nayak house and as a decision in the matter is ultimately required to be taken by the Opposite Party No.4, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.4 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner and take a
// 2 // lawful decision in the matter by treating the writ petition as a representation at the instance of the Petitioner. 3.
The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
