These matters are taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called. There is no appearance on behalf of the opposite parties as well. 3.

A compliance affidavit has been filed on behalf of the opposite parties. Para-4 thereof indicating compliance of the order passed by this Court is quoted hereunder.

"4. That it is humbly submitted that the Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO) vide letter 7.09.2018 has issued a letter to the concerned Bank authority under information to the Petitioner for disbursement of revised disability pension to the petitioner & disbursed accordingly. Thus, the Opp. Parties/deponent have complied with the orders of this Hon'ble Cokurt." 4.

Taking note of recitals in the said compliance affidavit, the CONTC is dropped. It shall be open to the petitioner to approach this

Court afresh in the event any cause of action arises or on consideration of the compliance affidavit, the petitioner has any further subsisting grievance.
