This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last date on 14.10.2022 but this Court by an order passed on 22.09.2022 adjourned the matter to next date on the submission of the petitioner that he will remove the defects as pointed out within one week, but in the meantime around more than a month has elapsed and defect is yet to be removed.

Since the CRLMC is pending w.e.f. 18.02.2016, it pre-supposes in the circumstance that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
