Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the recitals in I.A. date 20.01.2022 and reference to the same as Annexure-4 in paragraph-3 and 5 shall stand corrected, as under.

The date and description of the impugned order in paragraph3 be read as 22.01.2022 (Annexure-1) in place of 20.01.2022 (Annexure-4) and the date of appearing in para-5, i.e. 20.01.2022 be corrected as 22.01.2022.

The rest of the order remains unaltered. Inconvenience caused to the petitioner is regretted.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
