This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 764 of 2022, arising out of Jharsuguda P.S. Case No. 176 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-498-A/304-B/302/34 of the I.P.C. read with Section-4 of the D.P. Act.

Perused the 161 Cr.P.C. statement of one independent witness-Dillip Kumar Ghasi and the forwarding report of the
husband -Chatrapati Sendria which clearly indicates that the present petitioners were not in house at the time of occurrence. 5.
Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
