1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 7.4.2022 passed in FAO No.502 of 2020.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellant as well as learned counsel for the Respondent No.1.

3. After hearing both the parties, the I.A. is allowed. The expressions "Rs.5,00,000/- (Five lakhs)" mentioned in paragraph 6 of the the order dated 7.4.2022 be corrected as "Rs.4,00,000/- (Four lakhs)". The rest part of the said order remains unaltered. Certified copy be corrected accordingly.

4. I.A. is disposed of.
