Heard Mr.Nayak, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2.

Present appeal by the claimant is for enhancement of the compensation amount granted by the learned 1st MACT, Kendrapara vide judgement dated 4th February, 2020 passed in M.A.C.No.69 of 2018. In the said award, compensation of Rs.1,50,000/- has been granted in favour of the claimant. 3.

In course of hearing, a further consolidated amount of Rs.85,000/- (Eight five thousand) is proposed to the parties. This is agreed by Mr.Nayak, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the Insurer leaves it to the discretion of the Court.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the Insurer-Respondent No.2 to pay a further consolidated

amount of Rs.85,000/- to the claimant-Appellant within a period of eight weeks from today by depositing the same before the learned Tribunal.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
