Heard Mr.Nayak, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for Respondent No.2. 2.

Present appeal by the claimant is for enhancement of the compensation amount granted by the learned 1st MACT, Kendrapara in M.A.C.No.70 of 2018 vide judgement dated 27th January, 2020. In the said award, compensation of Rs.2,50,000/- has been granted in favour of the claimant.

In course of hearing, a further consolidated amount of Rs20,000/- (twenty thousand) is proposed to the parties. This is agreed by Mr.Nayak, learned counsel for the Appellant and Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the Insurer leaves it to the discretion of the Court.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the Insurer-Respondent No.2 to pay a further consolidated sum

of Rs.20,000/- to the claimant within a period of eight weeks from today by depositing the same before the learned Tribunal. 5.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
