ORDER
03.8.2022.
I.A. No.1362 of 2022 Order No.
02.
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. It is submitted that because of his financial stringency the Petitioner has not been able to arrange the required cash security of Rs.20,000/- as directed by order dated 17th May, 2022. As a result, despite being granted bail, he is still languishing in jail custody while some of the co-accused persons have already been released on bail.

4. Considering the submissions as above, this Court is inclined to take a lenient view in the matter as otherwise, it would amount to denial of bail altogether. The prayer for modification is therefore, allowed. In the order dated 17th May, 2022, the condition imposed for furnishing cash security of Rs.20,000/- is waived. All other conditions shall remain intact.
5. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
