Counsel for the parties concede that in the light of the order dated 10.12.2021 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s) 19359 of 2021 filed against the judgment dated 9.10.2020 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No.15510 of 2010, for violation of which, the present contempt has been filed, the present contempt would not survive at this stage.

3. The CONTC is disposed of accordingly.
