This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 7.1.2012 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Rourkela in S.T. No.155/20 of 2004.

This case is of the year 2012. None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called. Learned counsel for the Opposite Party No.2 is present.

It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.
Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
