Heard Mr. S.K. Routray, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to quash the order dated 10.11.2021 passed by the Additional Secretary, Government of Odisha, Steel & Mines Department, Bhubaneswar vide Annexure-4. 4.
Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that the order impugned is revisable, but the petitioner, without preferring any revision, has directly approached to this Court by means of this writ petition, which is not maintainable. 5.
In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate revisional forum in accordance with law.
