Opp. Party
CORAM:
SHRI JUSTICE B. P. ROUTRAY
ORDER
27.4.2022 Order No.
01.
1.
Upon hearing Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioner at the stage of admission and considering the limited grievance against direction for deposit of 20% of the cheque amount upon admission of the appeal and subsequent issuance of distress warrant by the appellate court for non-compliance of such deposit, I do not find any merit in the present application to interfere with the impugned award. 2.
However, considering the submissions of the Petitioner that he is ready to deposit the amount within three weeks from today in case she is granted the opportunity, the CRLMC is disposed of permitting the Petitioner to make the deposit in terms of order of the learned Sessions Judge, Sundargarh in Criminal Appeal No.2 of 2022 on or before 17th May, 2022.
3.
An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules. ( B.P. Routray) Judge M.K.Panda
