This interim application has been filed by the Petitioners for modification of the order dated 18th April, 2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid Criminal Misc. Case. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that the case, i.e., 1.C.C. No.183 of 2011 has been transferred to the court of J.M.F.C., Jajpur in the meanwhile. 5.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the averments made in this application, it is directed that in 9th paragraph of the aforesaid order dated 18th April, 2022, the words "S.D.J.M., Jajpur" be read as "J.M.F.C., Jajpur".

Rest part of the order dated 18th April, 2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
