1. There is no proof of the representation dated 15th December, 2020 having actually been delivered to the Divisional Forest Officer, Nawarangpur by the Petitioners. In the absence of such proof, it is not possible the Court issue directions to such authority for disposal of the representation.

2. It would be open to the Petitioners to file a fresh representation to the concerned authority and after following it up to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
