This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 170 of 2022, arising out of Parjanga P.S. Case No. 179 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Parjanga for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-143/448/452/427/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

The ABLAPL of Petitioner No.2-Bilasini Naik is disposed of as withdrawn.

So far as the petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 are concerned, on surrendering, they shall be released on bail. The Court in seisin of the matter to fix the terms.

Learned Court while releasing the petitioners on bail shall verify if they have any criminal proclivity, as it is submitted that they do not have any criminal antecedents. In the evident, it comes to the fore that the petitioner nos. 1 and 3 have criminal antecedents, the order in respect of petitioner nos.1 and 3 stand recalled without reference to this Court.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
