This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 13.01.2012 passed by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance in C.T.R Case No.32 of 2003.

None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called. Mr. Pani, learned counsel for the Vigilance is present. 4.

It appears that when the court permitted the prosecution to cross-examine the witnesses under Section 154 of the Evidence Act, the accused challenging the same has filed this petition. 5.

Be that as it may, since none appears for the Petitioner and he does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 6.

Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
