Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction in the matter from his client.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the fact that the case is of the year 2015, this Court is of the view that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.

Interim order dated 5th May, 2015 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.1352 of 2015 stands vacated.
