Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client suffered burn injury on accident happened involving domestic gas cylinder. He draws attention to letter dated 17th March, 2022 addressed by the oil company to his client's learned advocate, whereby information was conveyed that the insurance company had repudiated the claim on ground of delayed intimation. His client made representation dated 4th September, 2021 to the insurance company, copy of which is annexure-6. He submits, there be direction upon the insurance company and to consider and deal with his client's said representation.

Considering prayer made on behalf of petitioner, there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice. The insurance company will deal

// 2 // with and dispose of petitioner's said representation dated 4th September, 2021 within three weeks of communication and inform him the result.

The writ petition is disposed of.
