Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioners for extension of time for surrender.

On instruction, learned counsel for the Petitioners confines the prayer to Petitioner No.2 (Sashi Khosla). 4.

Perused the recitals in the I.A. and considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the time limit for surrender of Petitioner No.2 (Sashi Khosla) as fixed in Paragraph-6 of the order dated 24.05.2022 is extended for a further period of three weeks hence.

Rest part of the order remains unaltered.

Learned Court in seisin is requested to act in terms of the order dated 24.05.2022 paragraph-6 thereof as modified in respect of Petitioner No.2 (Sashi Khosla) and the order passed this day.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners and taking into account that the Petitioner No.2 (Sashi Khosla) is a lady, it is directed that for three week hence, no coercive action shall be taken against her in connection with the aforesaid case.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
