1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. This CONTC has been filed by the petitioner for noncompliance of the order dated 13.04.2021 in W.P. (C) No. 13161 of 2021 by the opposite party/ contemnors directing him to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/ certified copy of this order.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the opposite party has complied with the direction passed by this Court.
