Heard Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel appearing for the Appellant.

Mr. Das, learned counsel has submitted that more than once, the steps have been taken but the Respondent has been deliberately avoiding the service. Having taken his statement seriously, we direct the simultaneous service of the process. The one set of requisite be sent to the Respondent in the correct address by Registered Post with A.D. and another notice shall be served on the Respondent through the Court process i.e. through the process server of the concerned local Court.

Requisites be filed by the Appellant by 2nd September, 2022.
