1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB)

2. By order dated 26.08.2022 while granting bail, this Court inter alia imposed the condition that the petitioner shall appear before NCB on every Monday and Friday till conclusion of trial.

3. It is submitted that in obedience to such order the petitioner has appeared regularly.

4. Copies of the dairy maintained by the Intelligence Officer of NCB has been produced for perusal of this Court. 5.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has shown his bona fides by abiding with the order passed by this Court, I am inclined to take a lenient view.

The order dated 26.08.2022 is modified only to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before NCB once in every fortnight till conclusion of trial.
