It is seen that the Appellant has got relief in a separate batch of writ petitions involving himself, he cannot possibly be aggrieved by the similar relief granted to another set of employees. Accordingly, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of the learned Single Judge at the instance of the present Appellant. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
