The Petitioner in this CMP seeks to assail the order dated 25th April, 2014 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sambalpur in C.S. No.39 of 2008, refusing the prayer to amend the plaint.

Miss Banarjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that learned counsel for the Petitioner does not have any instruction in the matter.
