ORDER
16.05.2022 1.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.
2.
Petitioner being aggrieved by the action of the opposite parties in not concluding the issue involving Annexure-16, this Court finds the communication is not a final outcome involving the issue therein. It is clearly observed there that the final decision shall be dependant on the further communication from the office concerned. 3.
Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the State Forest Headquarters to take the final decision involving communication at Annexure-16 taking into consideration the plea taken in the writ petition and the development taken place in W.P.(C).No.21727 of 2021 also involving the petitioner at least within a period of three months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order.
