2. Heard Mr.Jagabandhu Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Abhas Mohanty, learned counsel for the opp. party.

3. This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of C.P.C. for transfer of C.P. Case No.38 of 2020 filed by the opp. party - husband under Section 13 (1) (ia) (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 read with Section 7 of the Family Court Act, 1984 in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur, to the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Padampur.

4. After hearing the counsels, when this Court was about to dispose of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo in Court today stating that the petitioner does not want to press this application and the same may be permitted to be withdrawn. The memo be kept on record.

5. Considering the prayer for withdrawal, the TRP (C) is disposed of, as withdrawn.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .........................
