1. This matter is taken up by Hybrid mode.

2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 8.8.2007 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Puri in ICC No.81 of 2000 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance under Sections 294/323/354/34 IPC against them.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2012. Defects pointed out by the S.R have not been removed yet.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks for an adjournment to remove the defects.

5. But this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further and accordingly this CRLMC stands dismissed.
