The disposed of writ petitioner has been listed under heading 'To be Mentioned' at instance of petitioner. Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on his behalf while Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State. 2.

Mr. Sahoo submits, there is typographical error in paragraph 2 of order dated 10th November, 2022 as also reflected in subsequent order dated 7th December, 2022, by which the writ petition was disposed of. The error is that rate of work was erroneously given as Rs.17 per day instead of Rs.174 per day. This error in order dated 10th November, 2022 was carried to order dated 7th December, 2022

The rate per day of work as reflected in aforesaid two orders is corrected to be Rs.174 per day.
