1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner challenges the letter No.8649/H dated 21.04.2022 issued by the Addl. Secretary to Government of Odisha, Health and Family Welfare Department rejecting her representation for issuance of No Objection Certificate.

3. It is seen that, as per the File No.PT4-HFW-MSI-ESTT-01612018-9138/H. dated 26.04.2022 of the Addl. Secretary to Government, Department of Health and Family Welfare, Bhubaneswar, the No Objection Certificate has been issued to the petitioner.

4. In such view of the matter, the grievance raised in the writ petition has already been complied with. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of.
