Mr. S. C. Mishra has entered appearance on behalf of the informant. The Vakalatnama filed be taken on record along with an affidavit inter alia indicating that the matter has been compromised between the parties on the intervention of the well-wishers. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. 4.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with T.R. Case No. 7 of 2022, arising out of Khatiguda P.S. Case No.14 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Nabarangpur for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections-341/294/323/34 I.P.C read with Section 3(1)(r)/3(1)(s)/3(2)(va) of SC & ST (PA) Act.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
