Learned counsel for the petitioners does not want to press this application for bail so far as Petitioner No.4-Gupteswar Patnaik is concerned.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL so far as Petitioner No.4Gupteswar Patnaik is dismissed as not pressed. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

Petitioner Nos.1, 2, and 3 are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Bhawanipatna Town P.S. Case No.173 of 2022, pending on the file of S.D.J.M., Bhawanipatna for the alleged commission of the offence punishable under Sections 498A/294/307/494/506/34 of the I.P.C read with Section 4 D.P Act.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence, and moving for bail, the Petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 3 shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
