Mr. Sarangi, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client runs a pharmaceutical store, he wants to shift the same. He applied by letter dated 22nd July, 2021 to opposite party no.2, enclosing all documents. Opposite party no.3 by communication dated 5th August, 2021 raised some objections, regarding which his client gave clarification by letter dated 22nd December, 2021. He submits, there be direction upon opposite party no.3 to consider his client's application.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

Since, petitioner wants opposite party no.3 to consider his application for shifting the store, Court is not inclined to direct

// 2 // issuance of notice. Opposite party no.3 will consider petitioner's application, the objection raised by the Drug Inspector and petitioner's clarification, all referred above and inform the result to petitioner within three weeks of communication of this order. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
