Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the materials as placed as well as nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances and in the absence of any such other impediment; it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioners in connection with Narayanpatna P.S. Case No. 11of 2021 corresponding to G.R. case No. 11 of 2021 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Lakhanpur; they shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer on such terms and conditions as the Arresting Officer may deem just and proper with further condition that they will not indulge themselves in any criminal activity.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
