This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Order No 2.

Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. Notice be issued to the Opp.Parties to show cause as to why the Petitioner shall not be released his GPF withdrawal pursuant to the order and sanction under Annexure-3 & 4 respectively if they failed to show cause or show insufficient cause writ of mandamus be issued to the Opposite Parties to release the GPF of the Petitioner forthwith.

2. The opposite parties may further be directed to pay interest @ 15 % per annum on the amount due to delay in disbursement of the legitimate dues of the Petitioner".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party No.2 within a period of (15) fifteen days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party No.2 in accordance with law within a period of the two months from the date of filing of such representation. The order so passed by Opp. Party No.2 be communicated to the Petitioner within that time. 6.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
