1. Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State states that although the review Petitioner may not have been made a party to the writ petition, no further proceedings on demarcation pursuant to the order of this Court will take place without notice to the present review Petitioner.

2. In view of the above statement, the Court disposes of the review petition vacating the interim order of this Court passed on 3rd March, 2012.
