1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Execution Case No.76 of 2014 filed by the petitioner is pending before the opposite party No.4- Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar since 2014. He further submits that a direction be made to the opposite party No.4- Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar to dispose of the said execution case within a stipulated time.

4. In view of the limited grievance of the petitioner, let the Execution Case No.76 of 2014 filed by the petitioner be disposed of by the opposite party No.4- Presiding Officer, State Education Tribunal, Odisha, Bhubaneswar as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
