Mr. Puspalaka, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, prayer of his client is regarding his client's intention to transfer ownership of kiosk allotted by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC). His client had made representation dated 5th April, 2022 to the Commissioner.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State.

Since, petitioner wants consideration of his representation by opposite party no.2 and opposite party no.3 is the transferor, Court does not see necessity to notice them. Instead there will be direction upon opposite party no.2 to consider and dispose of said representation

// 2 // dated 5th April, 2022. For the purpose, opposite party no.2 may require attendance of both petitioner and opposite party no.3. Petitioner will approach opposite party no.1 with copy of said representation dated 5th April, 2022 and this order. Said opposite party is directed to deal with and dispose of the consideration within four weeks of communication. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of.
