This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 326 of 2022, arising out of Chatrapur P.S. Case No.201 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Chatrapur, Ganjam for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 452/341/323/294/307/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Taking into account that both the petitioners are ladies and in view of the Proviso under Section-437 (1) Cr.P.C., this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioners shall be released on bail. The learned Court

in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
