Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 564 of 2022, arising out of Rourkela Mahila P.S. Case No.06 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M.(P), Rourkela for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 498-A/323/506/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of D.P. Act. 4.
Taking into account that Civil Proceeding No.257 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Rourkela was initiated before institution of the present F.I.R., this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin
over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
