04.07.2022 stands corrected and be read hereafter as "appearing" instead of "Papering". In view of this correction, the Petitioner is directed to produce a copy of the order dated 04.07.2022 along with this order before the competent authority. The other part of the order dated 04.07.2022 remains unaltered.
